Welcome to Stafford Counseling! Take the first step towards healing with our 15-minute consultation, a safe and no-pressure space to explore therapy with us. During our call, we dive into your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and how we can support you on your journey. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have about the process. Trust us to empower you every step of the way. During our call, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and how I can support you. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions you have about the process, fees, or what working together looks like. There’s no expectation to commit, just a conversation to help you feel more confident about your next steps in healing.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that all consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes and are conducted via secure video platform. In order to respect everyone’s time—including yours—please review the following policy: Late Arrival & No-Show Policy If you are not logged in within 5 minutes of your scheduled consultation time, the consultation will be canceled and marked as a no-show. You are welcome to reschedule, but availability is limited and future consults may not be guaranteed. Be Prepared Make sure you’re in a quiet, private space with reliable internet to get the most out of your call. If any technical issues come up, please email me as soon as possible at [your email address]. One Consultation Per Person To ensure fairness and availability for others, only one free consultation is offered per person. Additional time or follow-up will require booking a full session.
